The product itself was okay, nothing too exciting but it did what it was supposed to do. The real drama started when I needed after-sales support. I reached out thinking it would be a quick fix, but then came the long wait. When they finally replied, it didn’t really solve my issue, so I was left feeling frustrated. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not one I’d want to repeat.

I had a bit of a rough time using the site. Some of the pages were loading slowly, and the checkout process felt more confusing than it needed to be. Not sure if it was just me or the site acting up that day, did anyone else run into the same issue?

Well... overall, I’d say the quality is good for the price. The material feels solid and it works fine for what I needed. There was a small finish issue, but nothing major enough to be a dealbreaker. I’d give it 4 stars.

The box got here looking rough, like two corners were totally crushed, and the tape was already coming loose. I noticed that right away, but then inside there was barely any padding either, so the item must’ve just been bouncing around the whole time. It’s frustrating because I was just expecting a normal delivery, and instead I’m checking everything to make sure it didn’t get damaged.

The tracking updates were accurate and matched up with when my package actually arrived. it was nice not having to guess all day, SUPER helpful
